The Hickman County Chamber of Commerce is an action agency designed to meet community/county needs. Among other things, it is a civic clearinghouse, a public relations counselor, a legislative representative, an information bureau, and a research and promotion medium. It is often the first place tourists, business people, and those seeking residential/business relocation turn to for information.

The purpose of the Hickman County Chamber of Commerce is to strive for civic and community betterment in areas of business and industrial growth and communication, public and visitor information dissemination, community beautification, general purpose liaison, and to assist local business in areas of credit and financial reference.

Through the Chamber, you can participate in unified public spirited action directed into useful and constructive channels. You have a stake in this area which can be safeguarded through working with others in the Chamber to insure this area’s progress. We can, through our organized effort, make this a better area in which to live and work.
